Delete your account

Exora Coach lets you permanently delete your account and associated app data directly from the mobile app. This page describes that process for Google Play Data safety and GDPR-related account-deletion requirements.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Exora Coach on your iPhone or Android device.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You must be signed in to delete your account. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the same method to sign in before deleting.
What is deleted
When you confirm account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your Firebase authentication account (email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in)
- Your user profile stored in our database (including email and display name)
- Your saved favorites
- Your saved workouts and their exercise lists
Deletion is processed immediately. You will be signed out and returned to guest mode.
What is not deleted
- Feedback you previously submitted may be retained in our feedback collection so we can investigate past reports. It is not tied to an active account after deletion. To request removal of specific feedback, use the Feedback feature before deleting your account, or contact us with the email address you used when sending feedback.
- Aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics previously collected by Firebase may be retained for a limited time under Google’s default retention policies. These records are not used to restore your account.
If you cannot access the app
Account deletion is only available inside the signed-in app. If you cannot sign in or open the app, email exoracoachapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete your Exora Coach account. Include the email you used to sign up (Google, Apple, or email/password).
